The registration procedure consists of two steps:

Step 1 – registration and payment of the conference registration fee on the CSF Registration Platform
Step 2 – booking and payment of the excursion & bedroom fee (bedroom fee only applicable if you are booking a room at the conference venue Monte Verità on the Monte Verità Booking Platform

1. Registration Fee

Included in the registration fee for all participants:

Tuesday, 23^rd July: coffee breaks, lunch, dinner

2. Accommodation Fee // Booking of the excursion

The accommodation fee includes the price for the hotel booking (room + breakfast at Monte Verità) and excursions.
The excursion to the islands of Brissago has to be booked and paid on external pagehttp://shop2.monteverita.org/en (⇒ STEP 2)
If you are staying at a different hotel, you can only book the excursion.
Invited speakers don't have to book the rooms, please use the conference code for the Monte Verità hotel platform only for the booking of the excursion.

Terms of payment:

The payment is organized by the Congressi Stefano Francini. To make the payment of the registration fees and the reservation of the hotel room, please follow the link and instructions of the booking procedure below.

IMPORTANT

Available rooms at the conference site hotel Monte Verità are limited and some have a shared bathroom; we highly recommend to share the double rooms and not to book a double room for single use.
If you have a suggestion for the room sharing with a colleague, please mention both names at the time of booking in the comments field.

Procedure

STEP 1 - Registration and payment of the registration fee

Please note: There is no invited speaker code.

Once you have successfully paid the registration fee, you will receive 2 E-mails:
1. The first E-Mail will be sent by the Saferpay Platform and will confirm that payment of the registration fee has been successful.
2. The second E-Mail will be sent by the CSF database and will contain
the external pageLink to the Monte Verità Booking Platform and the CONFERENCE CODE, necessary to access the Monte Verità Bedroom & Excursion Booking Platform. Use this code for Step 2.

STEP 2 – Booking and payment of bedroom and excursion

To access this platform, input the code you have received upon registration (Step 1).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Book your room and excursion latest 15 days prior to arrival. After that date the platform will be closed.
Sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the chances of finding an available room at the conference site hotel. If you have a suggestion for the room sharing with a colleague, please mention both names at the time of booking.
If you wish to book a shared double room with an accompanying person (not active participant), please mention both names at the time of booking (please be aware that accompanying persons pay the standard room price and are not entitled to the CHF 28.00 additional price reduction per person and night granted by CSF/ETHZ to active participants.).
The rooms on this platform can be booked only for the duration of the conference. If you wish to book a pre- and/or a post-night, please contact the Hotel Reception Monte Verità: .

The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the conference. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.

Board and lodging fees (STEP 2): The cancellation policy for booked meals and bedrooms is given by the hotel and conference centre Monte Verità. You find them on the external pagehotel website.

Accommodation in Ascona

Blocked rooms for conference participants

In case there is no availability or in case you do not wish to stay at Hotel Monte Verità, you can look for another hotel in the nearby Ascona village (15/20 minutes on foot from Monte Verita Centre).

Participants booked in one of the nearby hotels will have a transport provided to and from the conference site in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after the last presentations. Daily schedules of this transport will be available at the external hotel and at the conference venue. Breakfast will be served at your hotel, whereas all the other meals are booked at the conference venue restaurant (included in the registration fee).
